Some bathroom remodels begin with a style. Others begin with a practical need. This Lilburn, Georgia project was a little of both.
The homeowners wanted to transform a dated builder-grade bathroom into a space designed specifically for their twin daughters—one that felt bright, welcoming, and full of personality without relying on trends that might feel dated a few years from now. At the same time, they wanted to improve the functionality of the room by replacing the existing tub-shower combination with a spacious walk-in shower better suited to their family’s lifestyle.
What emerged was a bathroom that balances softness and sophistication, proving that pink can be every bit as timeless as a traditional neutral palette when used thoughtfully.
Today, the bathroom feels completely transformed. What was once a standard builder-grade bathroom with a dated tub-shower combination is now a bright, welcoming space centered around a custom walk-in shower and timeless design details.
Soft blush tones add warmth without overwhelming the room, while natural wood cabinetry, textured tile, and brushed brass fixtures create a sense of balance and sophistication. Every design decision was made with longevity in mind, ensuring the bathroom will continue to feel relevant as the family’s needs evolve.
Most importantly, the homeowners now have a bathroom designed specifically for their family—a space that reflects their daughters’ personalities today while providing a timeless foundation for years to come.
